Willdan Buys Newcomb Anderson McCormick

Anaheim-based professional and technical consulting services provider Willdan Group announced this morning that it ha acquired Newcomb Anderson McCormick, Inc. (NAM), an energy engineering and consulting company with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced, however, Willdan said the acquisition will add approximately $7 million in annual revenue. NAM had focused on mechanical engineering and energy efficiency programs and services. The companies said NAM's clients include Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Southern California Edison, the City of San Francisco, and local governments throughout the state of California.
