Yardi Gets Win In Singapore

Santa Barbara-based property management software developer Yardia>> has been selected by a Singapore-based, real estate investment trust, the companies said late Thursday. According to IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd., it has selected Yardi's Voyager software-as-a-service platform to help it manage its office properties. IREIT said the software will be used for both daily operations and long term investment decisions. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed.
