5G Wireless Gets Funding
Marina Del Rey-based 5G Wireless announced that it has received $1M in private funding and a committment for $6.6M more, from an undisclosed investor. The company, which is publicly listed on the over the counter market, is developing wireless equipment for campus networks, supporting both Wi-Fi and fixed point to point wireless services. The funding comes in the form of convertible notes and warrants.
