Triage Wireless Gets $20.3M
San Diego-based Triage Wireless, which is developing medical devices used for monitoring patients via wireless sensors, said today that it has raised $20.3M in a strategic investment round from Qualcomm Ventures. The round also included participation by Sanderling Ventures, 3i Group, and Intel Capital. According to Triage, the round of funding brings the company's total raised to $25.8M. Triage Wireless said the funding will go towards commercialization of the firm's wireless vital signs monitoring system.
