ajax13 Rolls Virtual Desktop App

San Diego-based Ajax13, a company headed by former MP3.com founder Michael Robertson, said today that it has launched ajaxWindows, an online, AJAX-based web virtual desktop. The new product allows users to upload all of their PC desktop documents, and access them via the web. According to Ajax13, the new service provides access to home and work desktops through PCs, handhelds, and PDAs. Ajax13 develops AJAX-based web applications, including a word processor, spreadsheet, drawing application, and other office productivity applications.
