    Ashvattha Ships RF CMOS Device

San Diego-based Ashvattha Semiconductor (www.ashvattha.com) said yesterday that it has shipped its multi-mode radio frequency solution, which provides combined GSM, Bluetooth, and GPS receiver functionality on a single device. The company's highly integrated IC and isolation technology enables Bluetooth, GPS, and GSM/GPRS cellular radios to operate simultaneously on the same chip, and is designed for wireless device manufacturers. Ashvattha is backed by Crossbow Ventures, Comstellar Technologies, and Redwood Ventures.
