San Diego-based BlackBall (www.blackball.us) announced that it has added Al Shugart as chairman of the board of directors. Co-Founder Bob Brown will continue as CEO. Shugart was previously on the board. The company is developing rich media file storage solutions, also known as digital asset management solutions.
