BridgeCo Gets Win
Los Angeles-based BridgeCo, a provider of digital home networking chips, has scored a win at Nagase & Co., a Japanese electronics manufacturer. BridgeCo, which recently moved its headquarters from Zurich to LA, said that Nagase will use BridgeCo's processor and middleware for a new audio network player. BridgeCo provides an integrated processor and software for developing consumer digital music players and professional audio systems. The firm is backed by Benchmark Capital, Cipio Partners (formerly Infineon Ventures), Earlybird, Fidelity Ventures, Intel Capital and Wellington Partners.
