    Buena Vista Games Buys Climax Racing


    Burbank-based Buena Vista Games, a developer of interactive entertainment titles, has acquired Climax Racing, a title from London-based Climax. Climax will become the third internal studio for Buena Vista Games, and the first in Europe. Buena Vista Games is the interactive affiliate of Walt Disney, and develops titles for Disney. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Climax is a developer of racing games, including MotoGP and ATV Offroad Fury. The firm employs more than 100 in Brighton, England.
