    Clupedia Raises $1.3M

Santa Ana-based Clupedia has completed its angel round with the Tech Coast Angels, the firm said this week, in a Series A round that included 45 angels in the group. The firm's CEO, David Saad, said that the board now includes John Harbison, Sid Mohasseb, and Johannes Larcher. Saad has invested $2.3M in his own money in the firm. Clupedia is developing a Firefox browser extension that allows people to review, rate, and refer users to web sites and products. socalTECH had reported earlier in January that the firm was in the midst of raising angel funding.
