Conversive Rolls HTML Interface
Malibu-based Conversive has released a new, HTML-based user interface for its web-based customer service products. The firm said Wednesday that its new interface moves away from its prior, Macromedia Flash-based customer service tool due to feedback from its customer base. Conversive said that there was a significant portion of its enterprise market that was concerned about the cost and potential risks of supporting Flash. Conversive said that it will continue to support Flash plug-ins and an all-Flash user interface for its clients. Conversive provides customer self-service tools and virtual agents for customer support.
