Day Software Inks OEM Deal With Oracle

Newport Beach-based Day Software said today that it has inked an OEM agreement with Oracle, where Oracle will include its software for integration between Oracle WebCenter and third party content repositories. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Day develops software using the JCR/JSR 170 standard, used to connect enterprise software. Oracle's WebCenter software provides Java-based, WEb 2.0 features to enterprises. Day Software is a provider of digital asset management software and other products, and has international headquarters in Switzerland.
