FreedomPop Ramps Up Community Support
Free broadband access and phone service provider FreedomPop announced this morning that it is ramping up its customer support efforts, and has opened up a new online customer support forum. The Los Angeles-based company--which offers up free, broadband and phone service--albeit with bandwidth, texting volume, and minute limits--said the new forum will offer up support from users and its team members. The company said it will also be offering additional data bandwidth to its users for adding to its discussion board and helping to answer questions. The company is venture backed by Atomico, DCM, and Mangrove Capital Partners.
