Los Angeles-based Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC, a provider of administrative-support services and technology to companies undergoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy or corporate restructuring, has been acquired. Computershare Limited, a provider of proxy solicitation and other specialized financial and communication services, was the acquirer. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
