Power-One In Patent Deal With Infineon

Camarillo-based Power-One, a developer of power supplies and power conversion devices, said today that the firm is in a patent licensing deal with Infineon Technologies AG. Power-One said the patent covers its digital power technology patents. Financial impact of the licensing deal was not disclosed.
