Qualcomm Sues Former Engineer For IP Theft

San Diego-based Qualcomm has sued one of its former engineers, saying that he stole the company's intellectual property by taking screenshots of sensitive documents. The lawsuit claims that Guarav Kathuria stole trade secrets after taking a job at another high tech company. Kathuria was most recently a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Qualcomm in San Diego.
