Teledyne Completes Acquisitions
Los Angeles-based Teledyne Technologies has completed the acquisition of two firms, announcing today that it completed the acquisition of CollaborX, for $17.5M, and the majority of Ocean Design, for approximately $30M. CollaborX is a Colorado Springs, Colorado-based provider of government engineering services to the U.S. Air Force. Ocean Design is a manufacturer of fiber-optic interconnect systems used in offshore oil and gas production. Teledyne is a provider of electronic components and other products.
