    Trusonic Signs Restaurant Chain

La Jolla-based Trusonic announced today that the Islands Restaurants chain will use the company's Internet-based In-Store music services for its restaurants. Trusonic provides a service that allows companies to select fully rights-managed music for broadcast to restaurant retail locations. Islands will use the service for its in-store and on-hold music and messaging services. Islands is an operator of 48 restaurant locations throughout the western US. Trusonic's web-based services allow customers to pick and schedule music for broadcast throughout a single restaurant or for an entire chain.
