UpSellit Launches Virtual Chat Services

Looking to help small businesses with their online sales, Camarillo-based UpSellit announced earlier this week that it has launched a new service to provide virtual chat services to small business owners. According to UpSellit, its new MoxieChat service provides online virtual chat, targeted at helping to convert online shoppers. The firm said it uses natural language parsing to help small business owners for increasing customer touch points, and will offer its services via a subscription model. The firm previously offered its virtual chat functions to lead generation sites and high traffic retail sites. UpSellit is a division of USI Technologies.
