Userplane Links Into Friendster
Los Angeles-based Userplane this morning said that it has deployed its instant messaging tool on the popular social networking site Friendster. Userplane's Webmessenger tools is being integrated into Friendster's social networking tools, enabling members to converse through web-based chat. Webmessenger provides web-based chat tools based on Macromedia's Flash technology, and has geared its tools to the social networking space with the ability to add smilies, change text files, link to URLs, and more. Userplane also provides other community tools like site searching, video, and more.
