Verizon Wireless today said that it will tap Qualcomm's Eudora2go mobile email suite for its wireless services. The Eudora2go email reader and associated hosted e-mail and virus scanning service will be available to subscribers to Verizon's cell phone network. The new service includes SMS-based preview of email messages, anti-spam protection, and full support for POP and IMAP email retrieval standards.
