WebSideStory Tapped By Knight Ridder For Web Analytics

San Diego-based WebSideStory has been selected by Knight Ridder Digital, the online division of the nationwide newspaper chain to measure web visitor activity across its network of web sites. Knight Ridder operates 31 daily newspapers including The San Jose Mercury News, The Miami Herald, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and other major papers. Knight Ridder will tap WebSideStory's HBX web analytics tool for tracking visitor metrics and analyze online user behavior. WebSideStory's tools are used to help online web sites and e-commerce operations to optimize and analyze the design of their web sites.
