Eclipsebio Finds $14M For RNA Genomics

San Diego-based Eclipsebio, a startup developing RNA genomics technology, aid this morning that it has raised $14M in a Series A financing round. The funding was co-led by Alexandria Venture Investments and iGlobe, and also included Photon Venture Alpha and Phoenix Venture Partners. As part of the funding, Hallie Kuhn, Ph.D., of Alexandria Ventures has joined the company's board. The company said the funding goes towards its RNA genomics technologies and products.
