Virgin Orbit Files For Chapter 11

Long Beach-based Virgin Orbit announced very late last night that it has officially filed a Chapter 11 b ankruptcy plan. The company said the bankruptcy was filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Virgin Orbit says it is "pursuing a competitive sale process in order to maximize value for all stakeholders."
