Novatel Wireless Swaps Auditors

San Diego-based Novatel Wireless, which develops wireless broadband hardware for connecting PCs to cell phone networks, announced today that it has selected Ernst & Young LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm. E&Y replaces KPMG. No reason for the change was given, however, the publicly held firm said there were no disagreements with KPMG on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
