Activision Blizzard Sued Over Suicide At Work Retreat

Activision Blizzard continues to face legal issues, with a new lawsuit filed against the company Thursday which claims the company was to blame for the suicide of an employee in 2017. According to the lawsuit, former Activision finance manager Kerri Moynihan took her own life at a company retreat at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. The lawsuit--filed by Moynihan's parents--claims Activision "fostered and permitted a sexually hostile work environment" which resulted in Moynihan's taking her own life.
