San Diego-based ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals announced this morning that it has named Brandi L. Roberts as its Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Roberts has been VP, Finance at the company since March of 2011, and also has served at such firms as Alphatec Spine, Pfizer/Agouron, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. ADVENTRX's lead compound is aimed at treating complications arising from sickle cell disease.
