Los Angeles-based AECOM Technology Corporation, which provides technical and management services and other professional consulting to the government and others, said today that it has acquired David Langdon, a project management firm, in a deal worth $324M. David Langdon serves clients in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States, and has 2,800 employees.
