AnaBios Acquires Cell Systems

San Diego-based AnaBios said this morning that it has acquired Kirkland, Washington-based Cell Systems. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced by the company. According to AnaBios, the acquisition will further its human tissue and cells portfolio. Cell Systems offers up human primary cells including endothelial cells from the brain, liver, kidney, eye and lung used in medical studies.
