Arixa Capital In JV With Oaktree Capital Management

Los Angeles-based real estate lending provider Arixa Capital Advisors. said on Thursday that it has launched a $100M, joint venture with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management. The ivnestors said the funds will go to originate senior secured loans backed by residential and commercial real estate.
