ATIF Holdings Invests In SolarJuice Co. Ltd

Lake Forest-based ATIF Holdings, which is publicly listed on the NASDAQ as ATIF, says it has made an investment in Australian company SolarJuice Co., Ltd.. Financial terms of the investment were not announced. SolarJuice sells and distributes photovoltaic solar modules, inverters, batteries, and other related equipment in Australia, and also provides residential and commercial solar installation in the United States. ATIF Holdings helps companies go public on US stock exchanges and provides IPO and M&A advisory services; it's unclear what its plans for SolarJuice are here on the local markets.
