Avenda Health Finds $10M For Prostate Cancer Treatment

Culver City-based Avenda Health, a startup using artificial intelligence in the healthcare area, said it has raised $10M in a Series B funding. The funding was led by VCapital, and also included Plug & Play Ventures and Wealthing VC Club. According to Avenda Health, is is developing AI-enabled patient management software that identifies and visualizes a patient's prostate cancer. The company said the funding will go towards continued clinical evidence development. Dr. Shyam Natarajan is co-founder and CEO of Avenda Health.
