BiasSync Launches New Workplace Happiness Tool

Los Angeles-based BiasSync said this morning that it has launched a new workplace happiness tool, which it says measures key factors driving employee turnover risk. Pricing on the new tool was not announced. The company said its new BiasSync Workplace Happiness Index provides insights into metrics so companies can identify turnover risks, and was designed by organizational behavior Ph.D.s. BiasSync is led by co-founder and CEO Michele Ruiz. The company's founders are all longtime veterans of Southern California's startup and technology world.
