Bird Drops Plans To Sell Vehicles, Will Streamline Business

Santa Monica-based micromobility provider Bird will abandon selling its own vehicles, including its e-bikes and scooters, and plans to "streamline" its business, as it looks to reach profitability, the company said on Tuesday. The company lowered its guidance for its revenues for 2022, saying it now expects revenues for its Fiscal 2022 to be between $275M and $325M. The company had earlier said it had expected revenues of more than $350M.
