BloomNation Becomes Promenade, Offers Up Systems To Others

Santa Monica-based online floral marketplace BloomNation has made a pivot to its business, saying that it has become Promenade Group, and is now offering up its online e-commerce website and delivery platform to other markets. According to the company, it is offering up its e-commerce systems to other industries, starting with restaurants and beverage stores. The company says its tools help help local businesses new customers, grow sales, build customer loyalty, and easily manage online and in-store orders while minimizing the need to share revenue with costly national delivery aggregators. The new offerings include "Promenade for Beverage Stores" which the company says provides a platform to promote, sell, and fulfill online beverage and liquor sales, and "Promenade for Restaurants" which allows restaurants to accept and deliver online orders. Promenade continues to be led by co-founder and CEO Farbod Shoraka.
