Boingo Wireless Set To Get Approval In New York
Los Angeles-based wireless hotspot operator Boingo Wireless is expected to get approval to roll out its services with the New York Port Authority, according to a report. Boingo--which offers up Wi-Fi and cellular service in airports, stadiums, and other locations--apparently would offer free wireles Internet at a number of airports, including Kennedy, LaGuardia and Newark airports. The deal is apparently being championed by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
