Boosted Commerce Buys Happy Healthy Hippie

Los Angeles-based e-commerce business operator Boosted Commerce announced today that it has acquired Happy Healthy Hippie, a supplier of plant-based supplements. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Boosted Commerce says that it now has over one third of its portfolio companies in the supplements vertical. Boosted Commerce also owns brands FoxyBae, WellPath, Luna and Asterwood Naturals. The company is led by co-founder Keith Richman.
