Boundless Bio Names General Counsel

San Diego-based oncology drug developer Boundless Bio said this morning that it has aappointed Jessica Oien as its new General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Oien was previously General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at the public biotechnology company Cidara Therapeutics, and also has served at Otonomy, Inc., Pernix Therapeutics, Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, Verus Pharmaceuticals, and Elan Corporation, in addition to serving at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
