Jason Calacanis, the CEO of Santa Monica-based Mahalo.com, is threatening to sue TechCrunch, over TechCrunch's sale to AOL last month, claiming breach of fiduciary duty and constructive fraud. The legal letter and documents were posted by TechCrunch early this morning. Arrington and Calacanis had joined together to launch TechCrunch50, a competitor to the DEMO launch conferences, back in 2007.
