Our cover feature Sky Dayton, creator of both EarthLink and Boingo, follows a precedent for the caliber of leaders we engage to share their insight and stories of success with our audience. Along with the tenured LA innovators that made our top 10, we also highlight our NextGen10: These "techno-preneurs" already have achieved some measure of success, and their continued upward trajectory is worth noting.
