USC Electrical Engineering Research Festival. The Ming Hsieh Institute annually hosts the Ming Hsieh Department of Electrical Engineering Research Festival. Over 100 undergraduate and graduate students present their research through poster sessions, demonstrations and oral presentations at the event. The Research Festival is a day-long festival that welcomes the entire USC Viterbi community, alumni and engineering industry representatives.
