The Supreme Court recently handed down momentous decisions on same-sex marriage and Obamacare that many say reflect the nation's current views. DACA and DAPA could potentially be decided by the Supreme Court in the upcoming year (pending the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals). However, few court watchers would argue that the Court has fully joined us in the 21st century, especially with respect to embracing innovation and understanding the nuances of modern technology.
