Issues to be discussed include: •the basics employers need to know about health benefits, including whether and when employers must offer health benefits; •reporting and disclosure requirements employers must comply with under ERISA and health care reform; •whether employers may offer different classes of employees different health benefits; and •how health benefits are impacted when employers have several commonly-owned business.
