Tech in Motion: Orange County is excited to kicking off 2014 with Shervin Talieh and Thomas Knoll talking about the voice of the customer and why connecting is good for business. Whether you're a startup or an established brand, learn why it's important to build credible, authentic interactions for your prospects and customers, and how to implement them. We'll dive into the following concepts and then see where the group conversation takes us: * How Personal Emotional Connections (PEC) increase sales, lifetime value, and referrals * How mobile has changed the way we communicate * Improving listening channels to meet our customers where they are at Thomas and Shervin are traveling across the country visiting companies, startup accelerators and co-working spaces, as part of the 4-month long Voice of The Customer speaking tour. They are sharing insights from their own startup journey, along with experiences from their prior corporate stints (Zappos, Accenture, Toyota, UserVoice to name a few). This event will be on Thursday, January 16th at the newly opened Eureka Building here in Irvine. Per usual, our event will start at 6 PM with our speakers beginning around 7 PM. In a previous life he was a Partner at Accenture, focusing on strategy, process optimization and technology solutions.
