CallWave Appoints Interim CFO
Santa Barbara-based CallWave said this week that it has appointed a new, Interim CFO. C. Stephen Cordial will replace existing CFO Jason Spievak, who the company said is leaving for personal reasons. Spievak will also resign from the board of directors. Cordial was most recently VP and CFO of Somera Communications, and also served as CFO of Xylan Corp. before it was acquired by Alcatel. Cordial has also served at PMC Sierra and Texas Instruments. CallWave is a provider of Internet-based telephone call management services.
