CerraCap Ventures Invests In Somnoware

Costa Mesa-based venture investor CerraCap Ventures said today that it has made an investment in Somnoware, a developer of software for managing respiratory care. Financial details of the strategic investment were not announced. The companies said the investment will help to accelerate Somnoware's expansion in sleep, respiratory care, and additional healthcare markets.
