Newport Beach-based Conexant said yesterday that Karen Roscher will be joining the firm as the company's new Senior Vice President and CFO. Roscher replaces current CFO J. Scott Blouin, who is leaving the firm. Roscher joins Conexant from Motorola and Freescale Semiconductor. She was most recently VP of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at Freescale. Conexant is a semiconductor firm which develops broadband networking and other circuits. Conexant said that Roscher will be relocating from Austin, Texas. More information »
