Cornerstone OnDemand Expected To IPO Thursday
Santa Monica-based Cornerstone OnDemand is expected to debut Thursday in an IPO on the NASDAQ Global Market. The firm, which has applied to list on the Nasdaq as CSOD, had earlier said it estimated pricing at between $9.00 and $11.00 per share. Cornerstone onDemand is a provider of human resources and talent management software. The IPO's underwriters include Goldman, Sachs & Co., Barclays Capital, William Blair & Company, Pacific Crest Securities, Piper Jaffray, and JMP Securities. The firm is expected to price its IPO late Wednesday. Cornerstone OnDemand's CEO and founder is Adam Miller, and the company is venture backed by Bay Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Meritech Capital.
