Cornerstone OnDemand Loses CFO

Santa Monica-based Cornerstone OnDemand, which develops software and services used for employee development and training, says that its CFO, Brian Swartz, is leaving the company. According to Cornerstone OnDemand, Swartz is leaving on August 14th to "pursue another opportunity". The company said that, in the meantime, its Chief Accounting Officer, Trish Coughlin, will serve as interim CFO, as the company launches a search for a new CFO. Swartz had been CFO of Cornerstone OnDemand since May of 2016. Coughlin has previously served at Workday, Goldman Sachs and Co., Honeywell and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
