Crexi Partners With Commercial Real Estate Certification Provider

Los Angeles-based commercial real estate marketplace operator Crexi said on Tuesday that it has linked with the CCIM Institute, a provider of certification and training for the commercial real estate industry. Financial details of the partnership were not announced. The two said the deal will offer up a new "CCIM Property Listing Service" with the group, and also offer a discounted annual rate to Crexi's service.
